By accessing or using the FLX Network platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
FLX Network provides a platform connecting fitness professionals (Trainers) with clients and fitness facilities (FLX Zones). We facilitate connections but are not responsible for the direct interactions or services provided by trainers or facilities.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
To participate as an FLX Zone, the Partner must be a legally registered business entity operating a physical fitness facility. Partner represents that they possess all necessary licenses, permits, and insurance required by local and state law to operate a gym or studio.
Standard FLX Zone listings are subject to a monthly fee of $79.99, plus applicable taxes. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis to the payment method provided during registration. Partner agrees to keep payment information current.
The first 20 gyms to register may qualify for the "Founding Partner" program, which includes a six-month complimentary trial period. Upon expiration of the six-month trial, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription at the then-current standard rate (currently $79.99/month) unless cancelled by the Partner prior to the trial expiration date.
Partners may cancel their subscription at any time through their dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. ALL FEES PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. No pro-rated refunds are provided for partial months of service.
Partners are responsible for maintaining accurate facility profiles, including hours, amenities, and equipment. Partners must provide a safe, clean, and professional environment for any trainers or clients accessing the facility via the FLX Network platform.
Partner is an independent contractor of FLX Network. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employer-employee relationship between FLX Network and the Partner or its staff.
FLX Network reserves the right to remove any listing or terminate any Partner account for violations of these terms, safety concerns, or repeated negative feedback from the trainer community.
FLX Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
