This data is used to verify the legitimacy of the fitness facility, create and maintain your public FLX Zone profile, facilitate connections with trainers on the platform, and process subscription payments.
Specific information provided during onboarding (Gym Name, Address, Amenities, and Media) is intended for public display to help trainers and clients find and evaluate your facility. Sensitive business documents and private contact numbers are kept confidential.
Gym profile data is retained for as long as the account is active. Upon cancellation, we may retain certain records for legal compliance, audit purposes, or to prevent fraudulent re-registration for trial periods.
